International shipping

We offer international shipping services worldwide. There may be some locations that we are unable to ship to, if you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you via the contact information that you provided and refund you accordingly.

Lost/missing packages

ForeverCherie is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.


Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. By purchasing our products, you give consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may incur custom duties or other taxes when they arrive in your country. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, especially during busy periods.

Shipping time

Our shipping time depends on the country you're located in.

All of our orders are handled and shipped from our international warehouses across the world. We process all orders within 1-2 business days from the purchase date and ship the next day after the processing day. 

Once your order has been processed with successful verification of payment, the package will be shipped. The approximate delivery time will be between 5 to 20 business days for shipments worldwide (the timeframe can vary depending on the exact shipping location).

Some items may be sent to the US within a shorter timeframe (between 5 to 10 business days using USPS).

Please understand that due to the pandemic with COVID19 , several delays may occur. Please also allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons. 

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped out and the postal service has updated their tracking system. You can track your order at or using the tracking number provided via email.

For some shipping companies, it takes up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages even if you placed your orders together, as our items are handled by international warehouses located in different countries.
