Payment and Returns Policy


Eligibility for returns or refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Items sold are not refundable unless defective upon receipt of the product, or unless the wrong item or size is delivered by us. 

Under such circumstances, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at admin@forevercherie.com within 5 days of receiving the product in order to start the return process. 

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo or video of defective product 
  • Reason for refund or replacement
  • Delivery address
  • Contact phone number

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Refunds will be given to you in the form of store credit, or a new replacement will be made at no cost to you. In certain cases (such as the case whereby the same item is no longer in stock), we may fully refund you in cash. We reserve the right not to refund or replace the product if there is no sufficient proof that an item you purchased from our website is defective. 

Please note that minor defects that do not affect how the overall aesthetic appearance or function of the products are not considered as legitimate defects, and no return/refund will be entertained in this case.

Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in device screen display capabilities and RGB settings, the colours and appearance of the products shown may not be exactly 100% identical to those of the actual items. Requests for return/refund due to this reason is regretfully not allowed.

We shall not be held responsible if users develop any bodily reaction to any of our products and claim it as defective.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you via email, as well request for any additional information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Timeframe for the returns process

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your request. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.


Customized items 

Products that have been customized cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless the product is damaged upon arrival to your destination. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, all refunds will be made in your original form of payment. 

If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or request for cancellation. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If after the deadline you have not received the credit for your return, contact the bank associated with your credit card. Sometimes it may take longer before the refund is posted to your account.
You can also opt to return your product for store credit or exchange it for a different product.
